1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ad44 ("ad44", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the ad44 website located at https://ad44.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ad44 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ad44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, related identities, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

2.4 Registration Information

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ad44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, ad44 may require you to submit copies of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ad44 will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ad44 support at [email protected] immediately. ad44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Currency

The ad44 Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. Currency conversion is not supported on the Platform.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ad44 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address. The inactivity fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending verification requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Maximum transaction limits are also applied and may be further governed by the policies of individual payment providers. ad44 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ad44 account balance in real time. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to appear. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Payment Method Consistency

For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. ad44 will not process withdrawals to a different payment method or a different account holder's details without proper verification and written authorisation.

4.6 Chargebacks

Any chargeback, reversal, or disputed transaction initiated by a player against a deposit made to ad44 will result in the immediate suspension of the player's account. ad44 reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to such chargebacks, including any winnings generated during the period the reversed funds were in use, through all available legal remedies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ad44 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — and any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using real-money eligible bets before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each individual promotion's terms.

• Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement contributions will not count towards completion of the requirement.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply for sports betting bonuses — bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count towards wagering.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses — any bonus and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the specified time will be automatically forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ad44 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors or glitches to gain undue advantage, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and any other strategy designed to abuse the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings generated through abuse may be forfeited.

5.4 Seasonal and Regional Promotions

ad44 may offer Bangladesh-specific promotions coinciding with locally significant occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December), as well as major cricket events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All such promotions are subject to these Terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the ad44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market. ad44 uses real-time data feeds and certified odds providers. Results are settled in accordance with official competition results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in card games, or exploit any cooperative strategy that undermines the integrity of fair play.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any automated software, script, macro, robot, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage.
• Match fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any fixed sporting event and placing bets based on that knowledge.

• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds to place bets.

• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account in the name, identity, or payment details of another person without their full and informed consent.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for a minor.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ad44 Platform — including but not limited to the ad44 logo, trade name, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game interfaces (as licensed from providers), and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ad44 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ad44

ad44 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Request from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement agency.
• Suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age.

12.2 Termination of Account

Following investigation of a suspended account, ad44 may elect to permanently terminate the account. Upon termination for cause, ad44 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, and in cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, to forfeit the entire account balance and pursue recovery of any amounts previously withdrawn through fraudulent activity.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.
